Job Title: CRM Executive (Fresher)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

### Job Description

We are seeking a motivated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Fresher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM databases, and supporting sales/marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain exposure to customer relationship strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Data Management

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene by regular validation

✅ Customer Support & Engagement

- Assist with email campaigns, follow-ups, and customer queries

- Handle basic inbound/outbound customer communications

✅ Reporting & Analytics

- Generate simple reports on customer interactions, sales leads, and feedback

- Help track key metrics like customer retention and engagement

✅ Sales & Marketing Support

- Support lead generation and nurturing processes

- Coordinate with teams for promotions, surveys, and feedback collection

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory)

✔ Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)

✔ Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written & verbal), teamwork, and problem-solving attitude

✔ Bonus: Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
