Responsibilities -
Community Engagement and Needs Assessment:
Identify and assess the needs of underprivileged communities, particularly in slum areas, to determine the most pressing issues and opportunities for intervention.
Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to understand the specific challenges faced by the target population.
Health Camps and Medical Services:
Plan and organize health camps in slum areas to provide free medical check-ups, vaccinations, and healthcare education.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure the success of these camps.
Access to Government Schemes:
Assist underprivileged individuals and families in accessing government schemes and entitlements related to healthcare, education, employment, and social welfare.
Provide guidance and support in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
Education and Skill Development:
Collaborate with local educational institutions and vocational training centers to offer educational and skill development programs for disadvantaged youth and adults.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of beneficiaries to ensure their successful integration into the workforce.
Resource Mobilization:
Develop partnerships with external organizations, philanthropic foundations, and corporate donors to secure funding and resources for CSR initiatives.
Prepare grant proposals and manage budgets to maximize the impact of CSR projects.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all CSR activities, expenses, and outcomes.
Generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders to showcase the impact of CSR efforts.
Preferred candidate profile:
Strong understanding of community development and social issues, particularly those faced by underprivileged populations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Project management experience, including budget management and reporting.
Passion for social responsibility and a commitment to making a positive impact on society.
