Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Helper to assist with data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and the ability to handle simple documentation and data updates accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team with basic data entry in Excel, ERP, or internal systems.

• Enter and update records, forms, or documents as required.

• Scan, photocopy, and file documents systematically.

• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist in printing labels, invoices, and maintaining physical files.

• Coordinate with other departments for documentation needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, typing, scanning, printing).

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

• Basic English reading and typing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in data entry or clerical support.

• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (optional).
