In this role, you will be the backbone of our credit assessment process—ensuring smooth application handling, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across departments. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Review and process credit applications in line with internal policies

✔️ Validate customer documents – KYC, income proof, and others

✔️ Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal platforms

✔️ Liaise with credit bureaus for reports and clarifications

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect missing information

✔️ Track application turnaround times and ensure timely decisions

✔️ Highlight any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate teams

✔️ Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards

✔️ Provide day-to-day support to credit analysts and managers
