Counter Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage invoice generation, payment tracking, and client billing queries. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or a related field and be proficient in billing software Tally ERP and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers.

• Ensure timely billing cycles in accordance with company policy.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Reconcile billing data with accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain and update billing records and documentation.

• Respond to client billing inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounting roles.

• Proficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software-Tally ERP

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  Preferred:

• Experience with Tally ERP systems.

• invoicing compliance, or(depending on the company).

• Preferred billing experience in Pharma, Healthcare sector.
