Job Responsibilities:

Computer Operator Duties:

• Handle data entry and database management.

• Maintain records and documentation in MS Excel/Word.

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

• Operate office software and maintain digital files.

• Assist in basic administrative tasks like printing, scanning, and emailing.

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, explain products/services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a call log/report.

• Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic issues.

• Coordinate with the sales/admin team as needed.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Clear communication in [Gujarati/Hindi/English – choose as needed].

• Polite and professional phone etiquette.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduate preferred.

• Basic computer course/certification preferred.

• Prior experience in telecalling or data entry is a plus.
