Job Responsibilities:

▪️ Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.

▪️ Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and other basic tools.

▪️ Handle emails and internal communications with clarity and professionalism.

▪️ Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and information exchange.

▪️ Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

▪️ Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as required by the management.

▪️ Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Key Skills Required:

▪️ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, simple formulas).

▪️ Proficient in basic computer operations and internet usage.

▪️ Average English communication skills (verbal and written).

▪️ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

▪️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

▪️ Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

▪️ Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory.
