Business Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and organized Business Operations Executive to support our daily business activities. This role includes import coordination, customer service, sales calls, reporting, social media handling, and online order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import shipments and documentation

• Respond to customer queries and provide timely support

• Make follow-up calls to businesses/institutions for sales

• Prepare simple business reports/ trackers

• Support social media posting and engagement

• Process e-commerce orders and manage returns or issues

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong English – spoken and written

• Ability to analyze data and solve problems

• Basic exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream)

• 1–5 years of work experience preferred
