📌 Job Title: TPA Executive
🏥 Organization: The Fracture Clinic & Trauma Hospital, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi

🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in TPA/Health Insurance Process

💰 Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

1. TPA Coordination & Processing

   • Handle end-to-end TPA operations including pre-authorization, approvals, discharges, and billing.

   • Coordinate with TPA representatives and insurance companies for patient claim processes.

   • Ensure timely submission and tracking of claims and maintain strong follow-up for payments.

2. Documentation & Record-Keeping

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documents, approval letters, discharge summaries, and invoices.

   • Ensure all paperwork complies with the norms of insurance companies and regulatory bodies.

3. Advance Excel Reporting

   • Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Charts).

   • Maintain claim trackers and dashboards for management review.

4. Soft Skills & Communication

   • Communicate clearly and politely with patients, relatives, TPA officials, and internal departments.

   • Resolve queries related to insurance processes in a patient-friendly and professional manner.

5. Internal Coordination

   • Liaise with billing, admission, medical, and discharge departments to streamline the TPA process.

   • Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff for timely document submission.

6. Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines, IRDA norms, and hospital protocols.

   • Help in audits and maintain confidentiality of patient and claim data.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Preference to BBA, B.Com, or Hospital Administration)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in TPA handling in a hospital setting.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation)

  • Knowledge of Hospital Management Software (HMS) preferred

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication (written and verbal)

  • Documentation & coordination abilities

  • Patient-centric approach
