Backend Executive

We are looking for a Admin and Workplace Operations Trainee to join our team Wellversed. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 20,000 to 22,000 In Hand salary and opportunities for growth.

1. Vendor Management & Procurement

• Identify and select reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Maintain good relationships with vendors.

2. Asset & Inventory Management

• Keep track of all company assets (like laptops, machines, furniture, etc.).

• Maintain stock records and check for missing/damaged items.

• Ensure proper storage and tagging of assets.

• Monitor usage and plan replacements when needed.

3. Facility Maintenance & Upkeep

• Ensure the workplace is clean, functional, and well-maintained.

• Schedule and supervise repairs and maintenance work.

• Handle services like housekeeping, plumbing, and electricity.

• Make sure all equipment and infrastructure are in good working condition.

4. Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Follow government safety rules (fire safety, health guidelines, etc.).

• Conduct safety audits and fix any risks.

• Train employees on emergency procedures.

• Maintain compliance records and legal documentation.

5. Cost Optimization & Budgeting

• Plan and control the department budget.

• Find ways to reduce expenses without affecting quality.

• Track and report costs regularly.

• Avoid unnecessary spending and improve efficiency.
