Backend Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify education loan applications and supporting documents (admission letters, fee structures, co-borrower details, KYC, income proof, etc.).

• Coordinate with a team, credit officers for any missing or pending documents.

• Enter and maintain accurate loan data in the CRM tools.

• Perform eligibility checks based on internal policies and flag inconsistencies.

• Liaise with banks or internal credit teams for approvals and disbursement processes.

• Track the status of loan files and ensure timely processing and movement.

• Generate MIS reports and assist in audit preparation by maintaining well-organized digital.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation requirements.
