Backend Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire GEM portal tendering process, from identification to submission.

• Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather required information and approvals.

• Monitor and analyze GEM platform for potential tender opportunities relevant to GRW Pumps.

• Ensure compliance with all guidelines and requirements set by GEM for bidding.

• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and follow up on progress.

• Assist in preparing bid proposals and presenting them in a clear and compelling manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing tenders in GEM or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and government tendering norms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
