records and databases.

2. Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and

official documents.

3. Training Coordination with trainers Managing schedules, tracking

progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

4. Compliance & Record Keeping: Audit documentation, ISO and other

legal requirements.

5. Follow-up calls with emails if required.

Required Skills

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

1. Any Graduate

2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience

3. Experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred.

Salary/CTC: 25-30 k p.m. or as per experience & qualifications
