Back Office Team Leader

We are looking for a Back Office Team Leader to join our team at Shubh Enterprises to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware online or offline

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues online or offline

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

• Networking and VPN knowledge

• Having good communication skills and technical knowledge to understand the requirement of client and provide the solution on online or offline mode

• Building up new team and clients

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN, CCTV, Biometric and diagnostic tools is essential.
