Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Back Office Executive in our Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email Support). We are looking for dynamic individuals with a background in back office operations who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and issues via chat and email efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Adhere to quality and process standards set by the company.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a back office

Good written communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, typing, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Willingness to work in a rotational week-off schedule.

Availability to work within an 8 AM to 8 PM shift window (rotational shift).

Job Details:

Process Type: Non-Voice (Chat/Email)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Rotational

Shift Timings: Between 8 AM to 8 PM (Rotational)

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,500 CTC (Based on interview performance)
