Responsibilities:
Visit schools and maintain regular follow-ups in regards to operations and maintenance.
Coordinating with schools, maintenance as well as HO, and creating daily and monthly reports of every school.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
Meet potential clients, show demos, and close the deals.
Train, coach, and monitor the sales department.
Motivate and lead the sales team to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
