Manage catalog creation, updating, and compliance for products/services on the GEM Portal.
Identify, track, and analyze relevant government tenders from GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.
Maintain and update documentation such as EMDs, PBGs, authorization letters, and certificates as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely submission of bids and proactively follow up on submitted tenders.
Liaise with government departments and procurement agencies for tender queries, clarifications, and order processing.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Legal, and Finance) to ensure accurate bid documentation.
Maintain comprehensive records of tenders, submissions, outcomes, and communications.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Hands-on experience in GEM Portal – including catalog management and bid submission.
Working knowledge of CPPP, state tenders, and other government procurement platforms.
Familiarity with government procurement norms, bid evaluation, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PDF handling tools).
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Prior experience dealing with PSUs, ministries, and central/state government departments.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and bid competitiveness.
Understanding of supply chain or logistics related to government procurement.
