Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Reservation Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves handling client inquiries, booking reservations, and providing support to ensure a smooth reservation process across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage booking requests via phone, email, and online channels.

• Update and maintain reservation records in the system.

• Confirm bookings and send timely communication to clients

• Coordinate with internal departments for booking arrangements.

• Handle customer queries, changes, and cancellations efficiently.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Generate daily/weekly reservation reports as needed.
Handle flight, hotel, and tour package bookings for individual and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with  hotels for booking confirmations and changes.

• Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, fares, and travel policies.

• Process cancellations, rebookings, and refunds as per policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

• Prior experience in reservations, is manatory.

• Good communication skills in English .Need to be able to talk in Hindi and Bengali(fluency not required).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and reservation software.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  
  

• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
