Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the business.

• Data Management & Entry: Efficiently handle data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Claims and Finance Processing: Support in processing claims, managing financial records, and assisting the accounting team.

• Market Analysis: Conduct basic analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.

• Client & Marketing Support: Respond to client queries through email, phone, and social media. Build rapport with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and finance) to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Education: Any Degree (Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience).

• Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
