Back Office Executive

Position Type: Full-time (In-Office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off occasionally, may work during event days)

Industry: Events & Media Management

Responsibilities:

1. Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks

2. Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping

3. Prepare reports using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Supporting the event management team with back-end operations

5. Assist with cold calling and follow-ups when needed

6. Support the event team with logistics and communication

Requirements:

1. Female candidates only

2. Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

3. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

5. Willingness to learn and grow with the company

6. Should be punctual, honest, and organized

7. Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

8. Freshers or 6 months+ experience preferred
