Job Description:

Papillon is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining MIS reports, managing data, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Work extensively on Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data functions

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations as required for internal or client presentations

• Visit client offices once a week to understand their requirements and gather inputs for internal processing

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure task completion and smooth backend operations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Support the team in achieving operational targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MIS tools

• Strong command over PowerPoint and report presentation skills

• Ability to understand and analyse data effectively

• Good communication skills and client-handling etiquette

• Should be a team player, responsible, and able to perform under pressure

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with excellent knowledge may also apply)

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Note:

This is an office-based position, and only candidates with the required skillset should apply. Weekly client visits are an essential part of the role.
