We are seeking a Group Fare Specialist to manage group flight bookings for B2B clients. This role focuses on securing competitive fares, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing group travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and manage competitive group fares with airlines for B2B clients.

• Serve as the primary contact for group fare inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Monitor market trends and suggest pricing strategies to stay competitive.

• Coordinate group bookings, handle contracts, and ensure accurate invoicing.

• Resolve any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and report on booking trends and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Education: 12th and Graduate.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and computer usage.

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English.
