Back Office Executive

• Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel.

• Use Advanced Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) to analyze and present data.

• Create and manage Pivot Tables, Charts, and dashboards for data visualization.

• Maintain and update records, databases, and reports accurately.

• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and reporting.

• Handle data entry and verification with a high level of accuracy.

• Generate MIS reports and performance summaries as required.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime is an added advantage.

• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data.
