Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, organize, and manage videos and procedure-related documents in the designated database or platform.

• Ensure all content is updated, correctly labeled, and accessible as per company standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and compile procedural data and training materials.

• Visit clinics or client locations as required to provide hands-on demo and training sessions to doctors and support staff.

• Maintain records of training sessions, feedback received, and user engagement.

• Troubleshoot basic issues related to content access or video playback.

• Assist with documentation and reporting of training outcomes and content usage.

• Ensure all content and demos comply with company protocols and confidentiality agreements.
