Back Office Executive

Responsibilities:

● Site Creation: Collect details from various sources - one day prior to site creation.

● Deployment: Gather deployment details from Google Sheets or WhatsApp - one day

prior.

● PM Visit: Verify if PM visit is conducted by Ops Manager or add it via Ops Executive.

● Site Update: Ensure verification, correction, and follow-up with PM for site updates.

● Current Status Verification: Daily verification of Enquiry, Order, Work in Progress, Dwell,

Partially Completed Work, and Completed Site Work.

● Site Closing: Verify mandays spent, convert Sqft to Mandays, update Actual Sqft , and
