Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Title Search Analyst (Night Shift) to join our team. The analyst will perform Update Searches, Current Owner Searches, and Two Owner Title Searches for U.S. properties by accessing online county records and public databases. This role requires working during U.S. business hours (night shift in India) and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Update, Current Owner, and Two Owner Title Searches for residential and commercial properties in the U.S.

• Examine property documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax assessments, and other public records.

• Generate accurate title search reports according to client-specific templates and formats.

• Use tools such as Netronline or county websites for search and validation.

• Adhere to shift timing and productivity/quality SLAs.

• Coordinate with the QA team and respond promptly to any rework or feedback.

• Keep records updated and ensure confidentiality of client data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12th Pass and above.

• 1–3 years of experience in title search or mortgage process (U.S. title domain).

• Familiarity with U.S. property and title search terminologies.

• Good research and data analysis skills.

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to U.S. time zones.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a BPO/KPO environment.

• Exposure to client portals and quality reporting tools.

• Willingness to work in night shift.
