We are hiring a Telecaller to handle Justdial leads and customer inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, receiving inquiry calls, sharing details about our services/products, and converting leads into walk-ins or customers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming queries/leads received through Justdial.

• Call potential customers and explain company products/services.

• Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients.

• Update and maintain lead records in the database.

• Share business details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email when required.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversions.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the company.
