• Handle documentation: receipts, invoices, records, and maintain filing systems

• Assist in inventory and procurement tracking

• Support in organising meetings/events and travel logistics

• Perform basic data analysis and ensure process compliance

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) – Must be a graduate

• Solid mathematical and numerical skills for data accuracy

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Excel formulas like V‑Lookup, Pivot, basic data analysis

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
