• Prepare and submit applications for IEC, EPCG, and RCMC

• Assist in EO extension, EODC, HSN code amendment, and BG documentation

• Draft replies for Customs notices and maintain communication records

• Maintain organized files of DGFT and Customs-related documents

• Follow up with clients and internal departments for pending work

• Support billing and payment follow-up for DGFT/customs services
