Positon : "Back Office Executive"

Key Responsibility Areas:
 Client Engagement – Service follow-ups
 Servicing of clients – Client call for service support
 Data Entry – Maintaining records and software updates.
 Promoting various client support activities.
 Assisting clients in claim settlement & implementation of the advice throughout.
 Aid in queries & keeping clients informed about the products & services as and when required.
 CRM/Software Data management.
 Providing after sales support and service to clients.
