We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of records and transactions.

• Work with Excel to maintain and update reports, databases, and trackers.

• Assist with banking-related tasks such as reconciliations, documentation.

• Maintain internal records and filing systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.

• Support management in daily operational and administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in basic Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

• Good understanding of banking processes and documentation.

• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to draft professional emails and official correspondence.

• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
