Responsibilities:
· Utilize SAP software to enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
· Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer details.
· Coordinate with the sales team to clarify any discrepancies or missing information in the orders.
· Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
· Maintain updated records of all orders, including order status, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
· Monitor inventory levels and generate reports as needed to assist in stock management.
· Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
· Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and payments using SAP.
· Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.
· Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality in order processing.
