Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point of coordination between the showroom and factory teams for smooth order processing and execution.

• Monitor and track the status of orders placed through the showroom and ensure timely updates from the factory.

• Handle customer communication regarding order deliveries, installation timelines, and status updates.

• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Place orders with the factory based on customer requirements and showroom input.

• Manage the procurement and availability of parts or items needed at the showroom or for customers, coordinating with the factory accordingly.

• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups regarding parts dispatch, delivery, or pending requirements.

• Maintain effective and timely communication to ensure a seamless flow of information between all parties involved.

• It is a Full Time बॅक ओफिस / डेटा एन्ट्री job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
