Back Office Coordinator

1. Ensure that follow ups are done for all pending tasks as per the FMS/ Checklist.

2. Ensure that help tickets are raised for tasks which are struck.

3. Follow up resolution of help tickets with the team lead.

4. Escalate the tasks which are not being completed despite repeated reminders.

5. Provide inputs to management with regards to bottlenecks in the process flow and suggest ways to improve it

6. Maintain cordial relationship with all doers
