Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media for astrology services, bookings, and account-related queries.

• Handle and resolve queries related to the Bihar Government project, ensuring accurate and timely support.

• Assist customers in booking sessions, selecting astrologers, and navigating our platform.

• Troubleshoot complaints or technical issues with a helpful and solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and keep clients informed about updates, promotions, and services.

• Coordinate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor.

• Ability to handle sensitive or personal topics with discretion.

• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
