We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Back Office Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team for Logistics Sector Skill Council based in Chennai, located at Nandanam. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Education. Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Hindi, Tamil. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
