We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves data entry, record keeping, handling emails, preparing reports, and supporting front-office staff with administrative tasks.
Perform data entry and update internal systems accurately.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Process and verify bills, applications, or forms.
Handle incoming emails, calls, and internal communications.
Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs.
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Basic communication skills.
