  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
  • Handle day to day office activities
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails
Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage property listings on websites and property portals

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Schedule and confirm property viewings and client meetings

Maintain and update client and property records

Prepare legal and business documents (e.g., sale agreements, lease contracts)

Support agents with day-to-day administrative needs

Coordinate with clients, lawyers, vendors, and banks

Assist in marketing tasks such as creating social media posts, flyers, and ads

Keep track of office expenses and petty cash

Follow up with clients and gather feedback after visits or meetings

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication (in English, Hindi, and regional language)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Good customer service and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with real estate procedures and documentation

Proficient in MS Office, email, and property platforms (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks)

Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Grade / High School Diploma

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or related field

Real estate experience or administrative background is an added advantage

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (real estate or admin support preferred)

Salary Range: Based on qualifications and experience

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Some weekend or holiday work may be required)
