We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling office tasks, providing support to managers and employees, and assisting in daily office needs.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Perform data entry and update company databases as needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with bookkeeping and budgeting procedures when required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion with confidential information
Full-time/Part-time position
Typically office-based; occasional remote work may be allowed
