Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily records, files, and documentation.

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in data management.

• Coordinate with other departments for routine operational tasks.

• Handle email correspondence and internal communications.

• Maintain and update Excel sheets and reports.

• Support the back-office team in routine administrative work.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Male

• Basic Computer Knowledge is a must.

• Familiarity with MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong learning ability and adaptability.

• Punctual, disciplined, and organized.

Skills to Learn During Training:

• Excel (Formulas, Data Management, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Back Office Processes & Documentation

• Internal Coordination & Communication

• Use of CRM or ERP systems (if applicable)
