📌 Job Details

1. Assisting the Owner in overall business growth.

2. Managing Sales (30%), Marketing, Lead Generation, Business Documentation, Client Handling, Team Coordination, and other business operations.

3. Scheduling meetings and following up with clients.

4. Preparing reports and tracking overall project performance.

5. Assisting the Director in Project Management and ensuring timely task completion by the team.

6. Coordinating with vendors and technical team members.

7. Attending client meetings and calls when required.

8. Supporting marketing efforts such as email campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and coordinating with designers for banners/social media creatives.

🎓 Required Qualifications

1. Any graduate (discipline open) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and internet usage.

3. A proactive, self-motivated, and eager-to-learn attitude is essential with a Pleasing Personality.

4. Should be Presentable and Have knowledge of Presentations, Client Meet and Conversation

5. Ready for Client Visit if Required for Presentations and Client Management.

6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various functions.

7. Tech-savvy mindset or prior exposure to tools/software/IT systems will be an added advantage.

8. Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language) preferred.

9. Should be comfortable working in a dynamic startup-like environment and ready to take initiative.
