Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to design and oversee construction and interior projects from concept to completion. The candidate should be well-versed in architectural design software, materials, and site coordination, with a passion for detail and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design concepts based on client requirements and site conditions.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

• Create layout plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing.

• Plan and design interior and exterior elements including walls, ceilings, lighting, and furniture layouts.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for design presentations, approvals, and execution.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality control.

• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and environmental standards.

• Maintain project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, Lumion

• Strong design and visualisation skills

• Good understanding of construction techniques and MEP coordination

• Excellent communication and client handling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience (Bonus):

• Experience in interior design, façade, or metal architecture

• Knowledge of site execution and coordination

• Understanding of materials and vendor sourcing
