Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract Stage:
Study architectural and interior drawings to prepare quantity take-offs and material requirements.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
Assist in budgeting, cost planning, and feasibility studies for new projects.
Collect and analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Post-Contract Stage:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and material requirement plans based on site progress.
Track consumption of materials, labor output, and subcontractor billing at site level.
Prepare and certify RA Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
Monitor and control project costs against budgets and raise red flags for overruns.
Assist in procurement coordination and vendor negotiations from a cost perspective.
Maintain project-wise cost tracking and reporting.
Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and work progress.
Reporting & Compliance:
Coordinate with the accounts and project team for timely billing and collections.
Generate MIS reports related to cost control, profitability, and variances.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handovers
