Project Architect

We're seeking an experienced and talented Project Architect to lead our residential projects with vision, enthusiasm, and dedication. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards

- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their growth and development

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on residential projects

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards

- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box

- Proficiency in architectural software, such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
