Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design development of various architectural projects, including concept design, detailed design, and documentation phases.

- Prepare and produce detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D models using Sketchup.

- Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to project specifications.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to contribute to the firm’s design excellence.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

- 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to international projects.

- Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp.

- Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
