Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through construction documents

• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Conduct site analysis and research local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews

• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors during design and construction phases

• Understanding of structural drawings is a must.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

• 1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm or internship

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, V ray.
