Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and labour costs using Zoho Projects.
· Prepare and submit weekly progress reports for site engineers meeting weekly.
· Placing order for materials with the purchase department at least 5 working days before and for labours at least 3 working days before
· Manage and coordinate with PRO about the permits, licenses, and other regulatory documentation.
· Instruction of any form of deduction due to damage or error from labour or subcontractor needs to be informed to Project manager.
Quality and Safety Compliance:
· Perform daily inspection in regard to the safety of labour and materials to meet the desired standard and those task needs to be updated in zoho.
· Document and report any safety incidents or quality issue in Zoho projects
Team Coordination:
· Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
· Assign daily tasks to site workers/ sub-contractors and ensure proper workflow.
· Conduct regular site meetings to resolve issues and align goals using Zoho Projects
Task Management:
· Create, assign and track task in Zoho projects to ensure smooth workflow
· Use Zoho to update task on a daily basis as well as the timelines
· Any form of curing process needs to be attended by the engineers or arrangements need to be done
· Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues.
· Ensure proper use of construction materials and resources.
Project Execution and Supervision:
· Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations as per the schedule provided.
· Ensure construction activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
