Interior Site Supervisor

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.

• Ensure interior works (carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) are executed as per design and schedule.

• Maintain site records: work schedules, attendance, material delivery, etc.

• Provide updates to management or clients.

• Assist in billing by tracking quantities and certifying works.
  Visit potential project sites (new constructions, commercial spaces, renovations).

• Generate leads from contractors, builders, real estate developers, and walk-in clients.

• Attend industry expos, exhibitions, and vendor meetings.
