Interior Site Supervisor

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site interior work execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-outs, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc.

2. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely material deliveries and execution.

3. Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

4. Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and material consumption logs.

5. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for finishes and workmanship.

6. Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate problems to project managers if necessary.

7. Manage workforce attendance, allocate duties, and monitor productivity.

8. Liaise with architects, interior designers, and engineers for technical guidance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials

• Site supervision and team management skills

• Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and BOQs

• Attention to detail with strong quality control focus

• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project reporting
