Job Summary:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing modular kitchen projects for residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design, a deep understanding of modular kitchen systems, and the ability to provide creative solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution & Visualization
Develop detailed kitchen layouts and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, ensuring accurate and visually compelling representations aligned with client requirements.
Client Requirement Analysis
Collaborate with the Senior Interior Designer and design team to interpret client briefs, understand functional needs and aesthetic preferences, and translate them into practical design solutions.
Space Planning & Optimization
Design efficient kitchen layouts by strategically planning cabinet placements, countertops, appliances, lighting, and storage solutions to maximize both functionality and visual appeal.
Presentation & Documentation
Prepare professional design presentations, working drawings, and technical documentation for internal reviews and client approvals, maintaining high standards of design clarity and accuracy.
Project Coordination & Client Support
Assist in design execution by coordinating with vendors and contractors as required, and address client concerns during and post-installation to ensure complete satisfaction and design integrity.
Requirements:
● Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in modular kitchen design or interior design, preferably with exposure to high-end residential or commercial projects.
● Skills:
○ Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
○ Strong knowledge of modular kitchen systems, materials, fittings, and finishes.
○ Excellent understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and functionality.
○ Creative, with a keen eye for detail and trends in kitchen design.
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and coordination with the team.
○ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
